Our 1:1 personal training sessions are delivered by expert trainers to help guide and push you. Sessions are individually tailored to the clients needs, but never forgetting our ethos of we want clients to Train, rather than exercise. This means what is your goal, and how are we going to get there.
Small group fitness training is the bridge between 1:1 PT and classes. By taking groups of up to 4 participants and taking them through a structured PT session tailored to their needs, it helps maximise the specificity of the sessions, while keeping the cost to the client below that of 1:1.
Our group classes are another offering. These are in groups of maximum 8 people, in the effort of maximising the amount of attention the coach can deliver. These classes are designed to challenge you, you will be pushed, but what’s the point otherwise?
