Start by warming up your body. This can be done by doing some light cardio for 5-10 minutes.

Next, move on to the abs exercises. There are a lot of different ab exercises that you can do, but we will outline a few of our favourites below.

Captain's Chair Crunch

The first exercise is the captain’s chair crunch. To do this, simply sit in the captain’s chair and grip the handles with your hands. Then, lean back slightly and bring your knees in towards your chest. Finally, crunch forward and squeeze your abs to complete the rep.

Russian Twist

The next exercise is the Russian twist. To do this, sit on the ground with your knees bent and lean back a few inches while keeping your back straight. Hold your hand at chest height and twist your torso to the right, then to the left to complete one rep.

Bicycle Crunch

The final exercise is the bicycle crunch. To do this, lie on your back on the floor and place your hands behind your head. Bring your knees in towards your chest and lift your shoulder blades off of the floor. Then, pedal your legs like you’re riding a bike to complete one rep.

Repeat these three exercises for 3-5 sets total, resting for 30-60 seconds between sets.

Finish up by doing some more cardio to cool down and finish up your workout!

Following this workout plan is a great way to get started on your journey to six-pack abs. Remember to focus on form and quality over quantity, and be sure to mix things up from time to time so you don’t get bored.
