Do you want toned and defined legs, a tight bum, and a flat stomach? If so, this 30-minute legs, bums, and tums workout from Fit Club Amersham are for you! This workout is designed to tone all your lower body and core muscles. It is perfect for people who are short on time, as it only takes 30 minutes to complete. You can do these at home or pop in our gym in Amersham to get a personal trainer’s help. So, without further ado, let’s get started!
The first exercise in this workout is squats. Squats are a great way to tone your legs, bum, and core muscles. To do a squat:

The third and final exercise in this workout is crunches. Crunches are a great way to tone your stomach muscles. Lie on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground to do a crunch. Place your hands behind your head, and lift yourself up, so your shoulder blades come off the ground. As you lift yourself up, exhale and lower yourself back down slowly. Inhale as you lower yourself down. Do 30 repetitions of this exercise.
That’s it! You need to do those three exercises for this 30-minute legs, bums, and tums workout. Remember to warm up before you start and to cool down afterward. And most importantly, have fun!
