Spin Fusion

No ordinary spin class! A complete body blast for 45 minutes – 25 minutes of spin followed by 20 minutes of strength, core or flexibility work. Are you tough enough?

Muffin Tops, Bums & Tums

Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in the ultimate lower body workout. Pure Legs Bums & Tums will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges and nothing but your own body weight. We can guarantee you will feel the burn and achieve results in this popular class!

Body Weight Blitz

Strength training exercises that do not require free weight or machine, instead our own weight to provide resistance against gravity.

Body Blast Circuit

Body Blast involves the full body! The studio is set up with various exercises stations, you will move around each station and workout different muscle groups. You will work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.

Mettle with a Kettle

A high powered strength workout using Kettlebells and Cardio station including treadmills, floor work or rowing. Expect a variety of strength based Kettlebell moves, teamed with challenging cardio bursts. This class will work your entire body, improve your overall strength and get your heart pumping.


High Intensity Interval Training – A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

Shadow Box Fit

Shadow Box fit is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid shadow boxing, conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing.

Ab Attack

This is a 45-minute class of hardcore abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.

Balanced Body

Ideal for anyone and everyone, Balanced Body is the Yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During Balanced Body an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Bosu Bounce

Join our BOSU BOUNCE class to get that heart rate bouncing! A great group workout for all fitness levels. Expect a little choreography and a lot of fun. Designed for full body.

 Teen Fit

Starting a sensible exercise routine at a young age can have huge benefits. Teen Fit classes are aimed at teenagers aged 13 years and above.
